  • Own end-to-end planning for internal events, recruiting events, and team events.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, and leadership to define goals and measure success.
  • Manage logistics: venues, vendors, catering, run-of-show, onsite.
  • Build scalable processes, templates, and systems for the events calendar.
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to improve the employee and candidate experience.
  • Manage budgets across events, ensuring high-quality execution within allocated resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, people operations, HR, or a related function.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator β€” comfortable working with executives, recruiters, and staff.
  • Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguous environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and logistics end-to-end.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY; able to work 2-3 evenings weekly.
