Senior People Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Shape the enterprise people analytics agenda across HR domains with cross-functional partnerships.
• Lead enterprise projects like retention drivers, surveys, and AI-enabled insights.
• Design and mature self-serve HR data products and dashboards.
• Own data warehousing and data architecture across ingestion, ETL/ELT, BI.
• Bring analytics rigor to HR programs (performance, comp, planning) with metrics.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders on data literacy and evidence-based decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics/BI with 2–3+ years in People Analytics.
• Executive dashboards/data products in BI tools (OneModel/Tableau/Looker).
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake; large data sets and pipelines.
• Translate complex findings into clear HR insights.
• Multivariate analysis and NLP on large text data.
• Strong research methods and psychometrics; survey design.
• Experience handling sensitive HR data with privacy controls.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or related.
