🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in HR/People & Culture in tech/high-growth.
  • Experience partnering with Exec and Senior Leaders globally.
  • Strong capability across organizational design, leadership development, performance management, engagement, and change management.
  • Experience supporting technical orgs (Engineering, Product, Design, IT) is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple regions.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations matters with sound judgement.
  • Hands-on executor with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with HRIS and people analytics tools (HiBob).
