- 8+ years experience in HR/People & Culture in tech/high-growth.
- Experience partnering with Exec and Senior Leaders globally.
- Strong capability across organizational design, leadership development, performance management, engagement, and change management.
- Experience supporting technical orgs (Engineering, Product, Design, IT) is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple regions.
- Experience handling complex employee relations matters with sound judgement.
- Hands-on executor with a proactive mindset.
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics tools (HiBob).
