  • Advise on people strategy, including org design and workforce planning.
  • Shape and execute People programs that enable teams to do their best work.

  • Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Use data and insights to proactively identify talent risks and inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years supporting senior (VP/GM+) Engineering, Product, or broader tech leaders in remote or distributed environments.
  • Strong partnership mindset and ability to build trust across leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with proactive, action-oriented, iterative approaches.
  • Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive situations.
  • Clear and effective communication in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
