π― Requirements
- 10+ years supporting senior (VP/GM+) Engineering, Product, or broader tech leaders in remote or distributed environments.
- Strong partnership mindset and ability to build trust across leaders, managers, and employees.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with proactive, action-oriented, iterative approaches.
- Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive situations.
- Clear and effective communication in a remote-first environment.
- Strong prioritization skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
