📋 Description

• Consult CTO and SVP of Product on people strategy.
• Align workforce planning, org design, and culture with roadmap.
• Lead technical career ladders from IC to Principal.
• Coach engineering leads and managers on feedback and motivation.
• Analyze engagement, turnover, and hiring metrics for R&D.
• Partner with Total Rewards, TA, and People Ops to align programs.

🎯 Requirements

• R&D literacy and SDLC fluency.
• 6+ years HRBP experience; 3+ years backing Engineering/Product/Design in SaaS.
