🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, GTM/revenue orgs.
  • Experience supporting 400+ employees through rapid growth.
  • Strong GTM commercial acumen; understands variable compensation.
  • Navigate high-stakes people decisions with compliance.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, root-cause analysis.
  • Able to work in-person 3+ days/week in San Francisco.
