- 8+ years in progressive HR/People Partner roles, preferably SaaS/tech.
- 5+ years supporting GTM teams (Sales, CX, Rev Ops, Marketing).
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Experience navigating complex employee relations.
- Organizational design, performance management, leadership development.
- Comfort with data/analytics; translate insights into actions.
- Bias for action; proactively address organizational needs.
