• Serve as trusted advisor to senior GTM leaders on people strategy.
• Balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in progressive HR/People Partner roles, preferably SaaS/tech.
• 5+ years supporting GTM teams (Sales, CX, Rev Ops, Marketing).
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• Experience navigating complex employee relations.
• Organizational design, performance management, leadership development.
• Comfort with data/analytics; translate insights into actions.
• Bias for action; proactively address organizational needs.
