- 5+ years of experience as a BP supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting EPD organizations.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to learn how the business operates.
- Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener across levels.
- Creativity and grit to solve problems in dynamic, ambiguous situations.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
