Lead People Partner for the Americas across Canada, Brazil, Mexico and the US.
Provide data-driven guidance to leaders to grow teams and sustain culture.
Build relationships to drive initiatives, resolve blockers, and improve programs.
Role based in Toronto.
Partner with managers to coach teams and enable action plans.
Support organizational transitions to minimize disruption.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HRBP experience with regional employment law knowledge.
Proven success partnering with leaders to boost culture and engagement.
Discretion and sound judgement with confidential information.
Very strong EQ and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, BambooHR.
Experience in fast-growth/start-up environment (preferred).
