- 5+ years as HRBP or People Partner in international tech/SaaS.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales or Revenue teams.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
- Data-literate: use metrics and people data to inform decisions.
- Coaching and advisory skills with credibility with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and change in transformation contexts.
