  • Act as strategic Sr. People Business Partner for your BU, shaping the people agenda.
  • Guide talent management, workforce planning, compensation, org design, and change.
  • Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development conversations.
  • Identify capability gaps with leaders to enable growth.
  • Own people processes in your BU: reviews, comp cycles, talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with TA, L&D, and Comp & Benefits to deliver integrated People experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years as HRBP or People Partner in international tech/SaaS.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales or Revenue teams.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
  • Data-literate: use metrics and people data to inform decisions.
  • Coaching and advisory skills with credibility with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and change in transformation contexts.
