- 10-12 years HR experience with 8+ years as an HRBP.
- Strategic impact in fast-growth or tech-driven organisations.
- Deep knowledge of Indian labour law and Maharashtra regulations.
- Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Experience with AI-enabled HR tools: talent intelligence and analytics.
- Strong ER track record: investigations, PIPs, sensitive situations.

- ICC/POSH experience (POSH-trained inquiry officer).
- Exposure to org design frameworks (McKinsey 7-S, Star Model).
