  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across regions/time zones, including EMEA.
  • Comfort navigating organizational change such as job architecture updates and leadership transitions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other People teams.
  • Willingness to learn GitLab ways and apply transferable experience.
