  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and cross-country employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to influence globally.
  • Experience using various tech platforms; e.g., AI tools (Gemini).
  • Experience in not-for-profit/public sector and with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
