📋 Description

• Provide HR guidance, coaching, and employee relations support for client groups.
• Act as thought partner to leaders; influence decisions and communicate across regions.
• Improve morale, productivity, retention; mediate complex staff issues confidentially.
• Liaise with internal legal counsel to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate performance discussions and advise on corrective action.
• Organizational development and design to improve engagement, culture, and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years HR experience, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in employee relations/HR/labor relations in global contexts.
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and cross-country employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to influence globally.
• Experience using various tech platforms; e.g., AI tools (Gemini).
• Experience in not-for-profit/public sector and with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
