🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years as a people business partner or advisor.
  • HR legislation knowledge; talent and performance management.
  • Proven ability to develop/implement people programs for client success.
  • Project/change management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; multi-project PM.
  • High discretion handling sensitive information.
  • English fluency; French a plus; able to communicate up and down.
