  • 4+ years in a people business partner/advisory role.
  • HR legislation, talent, performance, succession, engagement.
  • Develop and implement people programs for cross-functional teams.
  • Project leadership and change management in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent English; French a plus; comfortable with all levels.
