🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role
- Coach leaders on personal and team development
- Prioritize workload; self-manage multiple priorities
- Design and deploy HR systems and processes
- Experience in core HR domains: performance, org design, talent, compensation, ER
