  • Serve as primary contact for employees and leaders (Director level and below)

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7+ years in HR/People and Culture, global or evolving org.
  • Strong knowledge of employment standards in Canada and the US.
  • Experience using HRIS and reporting tools; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable using data and trends to inform decisions.
  • Discretion and professionalism in sensitive situations.
