- Advanced analytics: cohort analysis, turnover modeling, workforce planning, root cause.
- Experience running culture surveys end-to-end; translate results to retention or performance outcomes.
- Experience integrating AI and automation into analytics workflows.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership; lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Natural curiosity to understand the business and the why behind the data.
