Senior People Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and modernize People Analytics; move from manual reporting to scalable, automated insights.
• Partner across People to analyze the full employee lifecycle with real-time context.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and recurring reports for strategy and board updates.
• Own end-to-end workforce analytics: turnover, design metrics, succession, performance, benchmarking.
• Lead culture survey program end-to-end; ensure rigor and tie insights to outcomes.
• Leverage SQL, Python, data warehouses, BI tools, and AI automation to elevate analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people/HR analytics in mid-to-large org; influenced leadership decisions.
• SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
• Dashboards in Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI; clear storytelling for non-tech audiences.
• Advanced analytics: cohort analysis, turnover modeling, workforce planning, root cause.
• Experience running culture surveys end-to-end; translate results to retention or performance outcomes.
• Experience integrating AI and automation into analytics workflows.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership; lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Natural curiosity to understand the business and the why behind the data.
