Senior Pentester / Red Teamer

📋 Description

• Operate as a highly autonomous security specialist to identify vulnerabilities, simulate attacks, and harden infrastructure and applications.
• Design and execute offensive security engagements — pentests, red team exercises, threat hunting — across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Build and maintain automated security testing pipelines, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve security posture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in penetration testing, red team, or offensive security in cloud environments
• AWS security assessments (IAM misconfigurations, privilege escalation, serverless)
• OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, Metasploit/Cobalt Strike/Sliver
• Scripting/automation: Python, Bash, Go
• Kubernetes and AWS security experience (IAM, VPC, EKS, Lambda, S3)
• AI/ML-assisted offensive security tools
