Senior Penetration Tester

📋 Description

• Perform application security assessments, code reviews (Go/Python), and pentesting of web apps, services, and infra.
• Build and operate AI-assisted tools to increase testing throughput and coverage.
• Conduct threat modeling for high impact systems and articulate risk in business terms.
• Collaborate on triage of bug bounty submissions.
• Validate critical vulnerabilities surfaced by automated tools; improve detection with scripting.
• Work with engineers to mitigate issues and contribute detection strategies, sometimes via PRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in penetration testing, application security, or security engineering.
• Proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated impact using AI tools as force multipliers in security work.
• Proficiency auditing and exploiting Go and Python services.
• Strong grasp of application security principles, auth models, and common vulnerability patterns.
• Experience with vulnerability research, business logic flaws and misuse patterns.
