- Own and operate payroll across a rapidly scaling international org.
- Centralize payroll processes and transition new entity payrolls to shared services.
- Ensure payroll compliance across multiple tax regimes.
- Coordinate with local consultants and vendors for statutory requirements.
- Lead NA payroll/PEO management and US transition efforts.
- Support HRIS/ERP initiatives and payroll-system improvements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state U.S.
- Exposure to international payroll (direct, vendor-supported, or EOR).
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Experience with ADP or similar enterprise payroll platforms.
- Comfort managing PEO relationships and their operations.
- High attention to detail with strong systems aptitude.
