Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Run end-to-end payroll for all employees, incl. faculty
• Manage multi-state payroll ops: audits, reporting, reconciliations
• Maintain data integrity across payroll systems; resolve discrepancies
• Own payroll system Rippling; partner with Finance on reporting/budgeting
• Administer employee benefits programs and renewals with vendors
• Improve payroll processes; scale systems as company grows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience with end-to-end ownership
• Strong experience managing payroll systems; Rippling preferred
• Proven ability to improve payroll processes and systems
• Experience administering benefits programs and broker/vendor partnerships
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (NY a plus)
• High attention to detail and strong operational rigor
