Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and run end-to-end payroll for all employees (multi-state)
• Audits, reporting, and reconciliations for payroll
• Maintain data integrity across payroll systems
• Partner with Finance on payroll reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Serve as the primary payroll owner; oversee benefits administration
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows and scale Rippling systems

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience with end-to-end ownership
• Strong experience managing payroll systems; Rippling preferred
• Proven ability to identify and implement payroll process improvements
• Experience administering benefits programs and broker/vendor partnerships
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (NY strongly preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong operational rigor; able to work independently
