📋 Description

• Own end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees.
• Manage daily payroll cycles for non-qualified stock options.
• Compile payroll inputs from multiple sources; validate data before each cycle.
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries in Jira within SLA; perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with HR and Finance to process payroll changes and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead timecard tracking and reconcile timekeeping systems with payroll records.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-state payroll processing with federal, state, local tax compliance.
• Equity compensation payroll experience (RSUs) and equity tax handling.
• UKG Pro / Workday HCM and HRIS integrations proficiency.
• Resolve complex payroll issues with root cause analysis and improvements.
• Google Workspace, Slack, Jira for daily collaboration and case management.
• AI-enabled payroll workflows with human oversight and quality control.
