Manage full payroll cycle; ensure timely, accurate processing.
Process salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and deductions per regulations.
Reconcile payroll before transmission; validate payroll reports.
Maintain wage/hour compliance and payroll best practices.
Prepare and file payroll-related tax filings; support year-end processes.
Develop, document, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3-5+ years of multi-state, full-cycle payroll experience required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
FPC or CPP preferred but not required.
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
