- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of payroll fundamentals across country-specific payrolls (French, German or Italian preferred)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (French, German or Italian a bonus)
