  • Develop deep understanding of Remote Payroll and HR product(s) and services.
  • Own the full customer journey and grow them into long-term payroll partners.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring success and satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within payroll products and services.
  • Monitor customer health, prevent churn, and manage escalations related to payroll issues.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive CSM/account management in international Payroll/HR tech, incl Global Payroll & HRIS.
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools.
  • Experience leading cross-department programs and managing multiple complex projects.
  • Proven track record of onboarding, growing and retaining customers.
  • Ability to identify and engage stakeholders across levels.
  • Excellent communication to convey ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
