- Monitor customer health, prevent churn, and manage escalations related to payroll issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
π― Requirements
- Extensive CSM/account management in international Payroll/HR tech, incl Global Payroll & HRIS.
- Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools.
- Experience leading cross-department programs and managing multiple complex projects.
- Proven track record of onboarding, growing and retaining customers.
- Ability to identify and engage stakeholders across levels.
- Excellent communication to convey ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
