- Experience coordinating cross-department programs and stakeholders
- Proven onboarding, growing, retaining and developing customers
- Ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proactive ownership to drive complex HR/Payroll projects
