  • Own the customer journey and grow them into long-term payroll partners

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in CSM or account management in international Payroll/HR tech
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software/tools
  • Experience coordinating cross-department programs and stakeholders
  • Proven onboarding, growing, retaining and developing customers
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive ownership to drive complex HR/Payroll projects
