π― Requirements
- Extensive CSM/account management experience in international Payroll/HR tech, Global Payroll/HRIS
- Strong knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software/tools and the global HR tech landscape
- Experience overseeing cross-department programs with strong multitasking and stakeholder management
- Proven onboarding, growing, retaining and developing customers
- Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders across levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
