  • Develop deep understanding of Remote Payroll and HR products and services.
  • Own the entire customer journey and grow partners with payroll focus.
  • Manage long-term customer relationships to ensure payroll success.
  • Own client retention and expansion within payroll products and services.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote payroll features (EOR, Contractor Management, HRIS).
  • Monitor customer complaints and resolve payroll product concerns.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive CSM/account mgmt exp in international Payroll/HR tech, Global Payroll and HRIS.
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software/tools.
  • Experience leading cross-department programs; strong organizational skills.
  • Proven onboarding, growth, retention and development of customers.
  • Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
