  • Proven onboarding, growth, retention, and development of customers.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels across organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentations.
  • Proactive ownership; drive payroll projects with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: understanding of remote work and global organizations.
