Senior Payroll Coordinator, Colombia

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end monthly Colombian payroll with data submission, validation, payments.
• Be the single Sezzle point for payroll accuracy; catch BPO errors.
• Manage HRIS-to-payroll data flows between UKG, BPO, and Finance.
• Ensure monthly Colombian statutory compliance: aportes, EPS, ARL, AFP.
• Lead year-end/mid-year cycles: certificados, retenciones, reconciliations.
• Build and maintain audit-ready SOPs, calendars, and control matrices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Colombian payroll in tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Bachelor's in Finance or related field.
• Deep expertise in PILA, DIAN, parafiscales, cesantías.
• Client-side coordinator with outsourced/BPO payroll.
• Payroll for 50–250 employees at a global parent.
• HRIS-to-payroll data flows (UKG/Workday/ADP).
