🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in PEO compliance with expert US federal/state knowledge.
- Deep understanding of co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations (FUTA/SUTA, multi-state EIN, joint employer).
- Comprehensive understanding of PEO guidelines, licensing, and reporting obligations (initiations/terminations).
- Ability to translate complex PEO regulations into actionable product specs.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal in a SaaS env.
