Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Process full-cycle multi-state US payroll using ADP WFN and Workday.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to process Canada and LATAM payrolls.
• Reconcile payroll data between Workday HRIS and ADP WFN for accuracy.
• Manage multi-state tax compliance across 34 states, including W-2/T4.
• Administer Canadian payroll per federal and provincial rules (ROEs, remittances).
• Lead payroll process improvements to increase accuracy and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years payroll experience; 3+ years multi-state US payroll.
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) expertise.
• Workday HRIS experience; data flows to payroll processor.
• Canadian payroll experience with provincial compliance.
• Automation experience; solid US payroll tax concepts (FICA, SUI).
• Experience in high-growth tech environments.
