Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and execute multi-state U.S. payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain data integrity across payroll systems (hires, terminations, changes).
• Partner with third-party providers to support international payroll and resolve issues.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries for monthly close with Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll taxes and filings.
• Serve as a trusted, responsive point of contact for employee payroll questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of multi-state U.S. payroll experience.
• Experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS company.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive drive.
• International payroll coordination experience is a plus.
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Workday or Deel.
• High level of accuracy and discretion with sensitive information.
