- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Payments Platform from strategy to launch.
- Drive optimization of authorization, routing, retry/dunning, tokenization, and account updater.
- Manage external payment partner relationships, including negotiations and integrations.
- Support global expansion by enabling new payment methods and entering international markets.
- Partner with Data Science to build experiments, define KPIs, and run A/B tests.
- Ensure platform resiliency, financial integrity, and operational excellence across the payments ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management focused on payments, billing, or subscription commerce at scale
- Deep knowledge of payment gateways, processors, tokenization, digital wallets, recurring billing, and fraud risk controls
- Understanding of payment orchestration concepts including intelligent routing, processor performance analysis, and modern API-driven architectures
- Experience managing global payment systems across multiple currencies and regulatory environments
- Strong analytical skills including A/B testing, KPI development, and funnel optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
