📋 Description

  • Source and develop partnerships across crypto-native projects and institutions.
  • Own and progress a pipeline of partner deals from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business, product, and technical teams at partners.

  • Structure partnership frameworks—referral, co-sell, integration, and GTM.
  • Represent OpenZeppelin at industry events and partner meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or tech sales.
  • Strong commercial judgement; qualify opportunities and prioritize pipeline.
  • Comfortable engaging commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech to business terms.
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; helps shape the function.
  • Experience in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is a plus.
