Senior Partnerships Manager | India

📋 Description

• Own and manage strategic partner relationships and co-marketing
• Identify priority industries, partner profiles, and markets for expansion
• Ideate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns with clear performance goals
• Scale, nurture, and optimise partnerships beyond launch, identifying revenue opportunities
• Own and manage partnerships' P&L, forecasting performance and ROI
• Act as a subject-matter expert for partnerships internally
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and document improvements
• Lead adaptation across partner workstreams, create structure in ambiguity and ensure continuity through change
• Own complex partner relationships, resolve escalations, and recommend improvements
• Drive complex partnership initiatives end-to-end, proactively managing risk and alignment
• Lead stakeholder strategy for key partners and resolves misalignment constructively
• Own planning for a portfolio of partnerships, incorporating trade-offs and scenario planning
• Influence decisions with data-backed communication and coach others on best practices
• Align initiatives to shared goals, remove blockers, and deliver impact

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills
• Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in HR or Fintech, or at a fast-growing startup, is a plus
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team is a plus
• 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, or business development roles
