  • 3+ years with Microsoft Azure (Alliances/GTMs/Enterprise Software Sales).
  • Referenceable Microsoft network; field/partner relationships; know how co-sell moves deals.
  • Azure-aligned product value tied to seller incentives and cloud consumption.
  • Builder mindset; drive field pull, orchestrate deals, and create measurable pipeline.
  • Program & stakeholder management across Sales, SE, Marketing, CS; enablement & inspection.
  • Incentives literacy using co-op, MDF, SPIFFs to shape seller behavior.
