📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers and community orgs.
• Lead conversations with senior decision-makers and tailor SIRUM's pitch.
• Steer partnership models from referrals to white-label solutions via Good Pill.
• Guide partner organizations through implementation and staff training.
• Ensure a clean handoff to the Partner Success Team after launch.
• Map Chicago's healthcare and social-service landscape; represent SIRUM at events.

🎯 Requirements

• Chicago-based with deep healthcare/social-service experience.
• 15+ years in primary healthcare or community-services (FQHC, safety-net, hospital, public health).
• Background as social worker, care coordinator, LCSW, CHW, or similar.
• Manages workflows for low-income/uninsured populations; understands trade-offs.
• Track record of cross-functional relationships across the org chart.
• Highly autonomous; can run a pipeline, prioritize time, and report with minimal oversight.
