  • Own a portfolio of Workato partners and drive two goals.
  • Scale and mature partners' Workato practice; focus on priority partners.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for joint customers.

  • Conduct partner QBRs and health reviews.
  • Align partners with internal account teams (CSM, Sales, PS).

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS with Partner Success roles.
  • Experience with Professional Services, GTM, SOWs/contracts.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of global/enterprise partners and partner-driven revenue.
  • Technical fluency in iPaaS/Enterprise Orchestration; hands-on implementation.
  • Consulting/program design or change management experience.
  • Data analysis and metrics tracking experience.
