  • Develop regional reseller and channel partner plans aligned with Docker GTM goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new solution partners and regional VARs
  • Own partner pipeline management: deal registrations, forecasting, key account planning
  • Maintain regular partner cadence for pipeline, performance, enablement, growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Account teams
  • Drive partner-led growth through reseller-led and co-sell motions

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven track record building and scaling reseller/channel programs
  • 10+ years enterprise/channel sales with partners or VARs
  • Experience driving joint marketing with partners and pipeline
  • Fluency in English and French; other EU language a plus
  • Background in software, dev tools, DevOps, or security preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
