  • Build and scale the Japan partner ecosystem to deliver partner-sourced pipeline and ARR
  • Act as the face of Docker to strategic partners in Japan
  • Align resellers, distributors, ecosystems, direct sales, marketing, and tech teams
  • Turn strategy into execution โ€” and execution into revenue
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and Net New ARR as primary metric
  • Enable, motivate, and inspire partners through enablement, certifications, and messaging

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner sales, alliances, or ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong commercial instincts with revenue ownership
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Collaborative, positive, and resilient; able to influence without authority
  • Experience operating across multiple Japan markets
