Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist

📋 Description

• Own and operate our change management processes with internal teams and partners
• Support day-to-day relationship management with Mercury bank partners on launches
• Build knowledge base and framework to support new feature development
• Onboard and train Mercury employees on external tools or dashboards for partners
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to create scalable reporting and feedback
• Work with engineering and product to launch features and grow existing programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services or banking operations
• At least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
• Strong relationship-building for change requests
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and partner expectations focus
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly across teams
• Willingness to automate processes and leverage tools
