- Own the end-to-end TikTok partnership across Product, Ads, and Partnerships
- Drive the beta-to-GA lifecycle: commitments, terms, GTM, and tech requirements
- Translate Manychat's value into partner outcomes around monetization, revenue, and engagement
- Represent Manychat at major partner events and summits at a senior level
- Lead exploration with emerging platforms: build relationships and proposals
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define platform requirements and balance reuse with innovation
π― Requirements
- 7+ years in strategic partnerships/business development with high-growth platforms (TikTok/ByteDance preferred)
- Track record taking partnerships from early stage to scaled launch and navigating ambiguity
- Experience with ad-revenue-driven platform teams and monetization impact
- Strong commercial instincts: negotiated revenue share, co-development, and joint GTM
- Familiarity with the creator economy across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously at different stages
