π― Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing; B2B SaaS preferred; excellent English.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads; Reddit/Quora/TikTok a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; GA4, BI tools (Hex, Tableau), and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understands how paid social contributes to pipeline and revenue.
- Experienced managing meaningful budgets and data-driven tradeoffs.
- Confident leading cross-functional conversations and managing agency partners.
