  • Own paid social strategy and performance across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.

  • Primary internal owner of the paid social agency relationship.
  • Drive innovation, test new creative approaches, and own an experimentation roadmap.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and product marketing for cohesive campaigns.
  • Improve reporting frameworks and increase visibility into pipeline impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing; B2B SaaS preferred; excellent English.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads; Reddit/Quora/TikTok a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; GA4, BI tools (Hex, Tableau), and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understands how paid social contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experienced managing meaningful budgets and data-driven tradeoffs.
  • Confident leading cross-functional conversations and managing agency partners.
