  • Strong creative strategy and testing instincts; structure tests and derive learnings.
  • AI-fluent in practice; explorer-level (Integrator trajectory preferred).
  • Cross-functional collaborator; translate briefs to paid social strategy with brand/web/comms partners.
  • Analytical and data-driven; proficient with attribution in imperfect measurement environments.
