  • Proven track record managing paid social/influencer programs with large budgets.
  • Expertise leading creative strategy; brief teams; translate data to outcomes.
  • Experience designing/integrating incrementality tests and turning results into strategy.
  • Hands-on with AI tools for marketing workflows (creative, audience, automation).
  • Data-driven with Tableau, Amplitude, Excel, or similar.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; agency partnerships.
