  • Oversee paid media planning across social platforms, DSPs, and retail networks.

  • Develop audience targeting using first-party, retailer, and third-party data.
  • Drive optimization and reporting to hit KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and incremental sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • CPG brand experience mandatory.
  • Budgets and media campaigns across paid social, display/search, and/or retail.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; familiarity with PMax.
  • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest platform experience.
  • Data-driven insights, reporting, and client-facing communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects with strong organization.
