๐ฏ Requirements
- 4-6+ years hands-on paid media (2+ yrs in B2B SaaS/lead gen)
- 2+ years in an agency managing multiple client accounts
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience managing $50K-$200K+ monthly budgets with ROAS/CAC targets
- Strong campaign architecture, bidding, audiences, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Full-funnel B2B marketing: demand gen, lead gen, ABM, pipeline acceleration
- Excellent client communication and ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience building paid media functions from scratch (preferred)
